京都アイネットアカデミーのホームページが新しくリニュアルされました！
教室の開催日がカレンダー形式なので、目指す教室が一目両全。
またそれに伴い、８月の講座からから新しい講座を開設されています！
講座内容は、お子様からご年配の方まで参加していただける様、幅広く設定

日中蝉の声と共に照りつける太陽。
こんな日は冷たいものを飲んでホーッと心を静めたいなあと思いませんか？
そこで、町の真ん中でビールを造られている『 京都 町家麦酒 』をご紹介し
ます。
ビールを造っている作業場、それは御所の南、蔵の中にありました。
キンシ正宗株式会社さんは酒造所を伏見に移す際、くみ上げていた井戸を壊
さずに残されたのが、今でもこんこんと湧き出ている「桃の井」。
近年ビール製造の規制緩和がなされ、その際にこの「桃の井」を使って造ら
れたのが『 京都 町家麦酒 』なのだそうです。
造ってらっしゃるのは、ここで働くまでビール造りをしたことが無かったと
いう、三好ちづ子さん。最初の頃はどのコックをあければいいのか分からず、
ひねってみると、炭酸で圧が掛かったタンクからビールを頭からかぶってし
まったといったハプニングもあったとか・・・。
「京料理に合ったビールを」ということで、仕込から瓶詰めまで丹念に手作
業で造られた『 京都 町家麦酒 』は、地ビールなのにとても爽やかで、ス
ッキリとした飲み心地。日本料理の繊細な味わいを壊さないような味に仕
上げられています。
またこの他にも、アルトタイプや女性に人気の黒ビール等の種類も展開して
いるようなので、大文字の送り火を見ながら地ビールで乾杯してみるのは、
いかがでしょうか？

太陽の光線が刺すように暑い今日この頃。

暑さも盛りの８月を迎え最近では、朝蝉の声で目が覚めるという人も多いの
ではないでしょうか？
この時期京都では夏最大のイベント、五山の送り火があります。
でもこの時期もうひとつ楽しみなイベントが京都にはあります。
有名な、五条坂にて行われる陶器祭りです。
もともとこの辺りはお精霊さんのお迎えや、お盆のお墓参りでにぎわう時期
に五条坂の陶器屋が、今でいうＢ級品を売り出したのが始まりだとか。
今では、全国からの陶器商の出展のほかに、若き陶芸家達も店を出している
のでシンプル物から個性あふれる物まで様々な器に出会うことができます。
また、直に値段の交渉をして手に入れるのも陶器祭りの醍醐味というもの。
先にふれたビールも、陶の器で飲むと泡立ちが良くなり、味わいも変わって
くるそうです。
「この器にはどんなものを盛ったら美味しそうかな？」なんて、アンテナを
働かせながら、歩いてみるのもいいかもしれませんね！

最近は本当に暑くなってきましたね。
空の雲も近くなって、積乱雲がむくむくあっという間に入道雲に成長してし
まいます。
このころお盆の時期を迎えますが、京都ではちょっと他とは違うお盆の迎え
方をしますよね。最近でもあるのかな？
盆の頃だけお仏壇のご先祖にに御素麺やおやつ等のおもてなしをするのです。
遠い記憶の中に、せっせとお供えしていたおばあちゃんの姿を思い出します。
こんな風習は、祖母から娘や孫へと伝えていくことは、人と人とのつながり
と言う部分で大切なものなのだなあと、つくづく思います。
さて次号に新登場のコーナー「特典ピックアップ」に追い込まれていますが
是非とも楽しみにしておいてください。
